General Help for Single Record Screens
From Plex-XML
In a single record screen you can insert, update or just display a single record like one account or one business partner.
There are several buttons in a single record screen.
Save – use this button to save your changes to the database.
Update - use this button in the (write protected) view mode to change to the update mode in order to modify data.
Delete – use this button to remove the current record from the database. After pressing this button you have to confirm the deletion additionally in a message box.
Refresh – use this button to refresh the current view. If you hit this button the fields will be refreshed with the current content from the database.
Calc - Sometimes fields are calculated automatically by the system. Normally the calculation happens when the record is displayed or saved. With this button you can manually start a recalculation after changing the data.
Close/Cancel – With this button you close the current single record window. This button has the same effect than the X-Button top-right of the window which will display audit data for this record.
Audit – With this button you open the audit window.
The buttons shown on the screen depend on the mode you open a single record screen. If you open the window in a view mode (write protected) you will only see the 'Close', the 'Update' and the 'Audit' button.
If you are in the update or insert mode there might be some fields with a
