Some things to remember using Plex, Plex-XML and Eclipse on a Mac:

  • Show all files on the finder (Eclipse .ant.properties ....): defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles ON
  • Init the user-security on mysql after installation!
  • Don't try to install Plex 6.0 on a Win 7 64bit VM
  • MySQL: ADMIN User anlegen, Berechtigung auf localhost (!) % reicht irgendwie nicht
