SEC V20/STDAuthorisation

This standard flag, which is inherited in each record, is part of the data oriented security pattern and controls the access rights of a user to that specific record.
STDAuthorisation can have different states:
- '1' = Private / This record can be accessed by the SEC_V20/Owner only
- '4' = Group / This record can be accessed by all user that have access rights to the SEC_V20/Shop
- '8' = World / Each user that has successfully logged in will have access rights to that record
- '9' = Public / Everybody has access rights to that record
